Session 1
You'll receive a brief introduction to the Breathe program and learn about anxiety and how to manage symptoms. Session 2 You'll learn how to avoid avoiding and plan how to face your those worries with what we call 'worry ladders'. Session 3 In this session, you'll learn some easy relaxation strategies you can use when your feeling anxious. Session 4 Next, you'll identify common thinking traps and explore the 'thoughts-feelings-actions' cycle. Session 5 You'll learn the negative power of unrealistic beliefs and learn how to positively reframe them. Session 6 Finally, you'll work on tackling your worry ladder. Most importantly, you'll learn how to use all the skills you've learnt throughout the Breathe program in the future if your worries come back. |
