You'll learn how to avoid avoiding and plan how to face your those worries with what we call 'worry ladders'.
In this session, you'll learn some easy relaxation strategies you can use when your feeling anxious.
Next, you'll identify common thinking traps and explore the 'thoughts-feelings-actions' cycle.
You'll learn the negative power of unrealistic beliefs and learn how to positively reframe them.
Finally, you'll work on tackling your worry ladder. Most importantly, you'll learn how to use all the skills you've learnt throughout the Breathe program in the future if your worries come back.
